Traveling can be unpredictable and plans may change, so we understand.
KCI Express Shuttle has a simple cancellation policy with this in mind: regardless of whether you made your
reservation online or by phone, just give us 4 hours notice prior to your pickup time and we will give you a full
refund. Refunds normally show up on your account within 2 business days.
All reservations must be completed 4 hours prior to time of service.
Unfortunately, KCI Express Shuttle cannot refund payment if cancelled with less than 4 hours notice prior to
pickup time or in the event of a no-show.
